StarFlora ("we", "us") runs enjoystarflora.com to share information about our cannabis tinctures and the dispensaries that carry them. This page explains what data we collect from visitors, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
Analytics data. When you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 sets a cookie that lets us count visits, see which pages are popular, and understand how people move through the site. We see aggregated, IP-anonymized data — not your identity.
Email address. If you sign up for The StarFlora Journal, we pass your email to Klaviyo so we can send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Contact form messages. If you reach out via a contact or wholesale form, we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply.
What we don't collect
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy lists. We do not run third-party advertising trackers (no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no ad retargeting). We do not collect age, gender, or precise location.
Cookies
The site uses two cookie categories:
Strictly necessary — a small local-storage entry that remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. No tracking.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies, only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2: by default everything is denied until you opt in.
Netlify (Netlify Inc.) — site hosting. Standard server logs only.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@enjoystarflora.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top.
